Shipping Policy
At Mobile Medic, we’re primarily a mobile repair service—we come directly to you for same-day, on-site fixes whenever possible. This means most customers never need to ship anything, saving you time, hassle, and shipping costs.
For the rare cases where shipping is required (such as complex repairs needing specialized tools or parts not resolved on-site), we keep the process simple and transparent:
Outbound Shipping (Device to Us): If you need to mail your device, you are responsible for packaging it securely and covering the shipping cost to our location. We recommend using a tracked, insured service for your protection. We’ll provide clear shipping instructions once we confirm the need.
Return Shipping (Back to You): We cover the cost of return shipping via a reliable, tracked carrier. Your repaired device will be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Insurance & Risk: We strongly recommend adding insurance when shipping your device to us. Mobile Medic is not liable for loss or damage during inbound shipping. For return shipping, we insure the package for the value of the device.

Returns & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at Mobile Medic. While most repairs are completed on-site with your approval and to your satisfaction before payment, we stand behind our work.
Refunds for Repairs: If we are unable to repair your device after attempting the service, you pay nothing (except any agreed diagnostic/repair attempt fee for complex cases, as noted in our Terms & Conditions). No refunds are issued on completed repairs unless the same issue recurs under our 60-day warranty, in which case we will re-repair at no charge or discuss refund options if re-repair is not possible.
Parts or Accessories (if purchased separately): Any unused, unopened parts or accessories purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Warranty Repairs: Covered under our 60-day warranty at no cost to you (see Terms & Conditions for details).
